Recreational Cooking Programs

Each college campus offers recreational cooking classes for people who love to cook and others wanting to learn. Regardless of age or skill level, we have a cooking class to tempt your palate. Learn culinary skills and cooking tips from our top Chef Instructors and impress the guests at your next dinner party

Recreational cooking classes concentrate on proper culinary techniques using fresh, seasonal ingredients and a wide range of cuisine from French, Italian and Asian entrees, to baking, dessert and specialty cooking.

Some of our campuses also provide Cooking Camps for children in the summer. Teaching your children how to cook gives them lifelong skills in nutrition, organization, creativity, reading recipes, simple math and sciences. They learn the need for constant attention to achieve success through they entire cooking process.

New classes start all the time: days, evenings and week-ends. Classes are usually 3 hours long including a sit-down dinner. Contact your local campus for start times and schedules.

Corporate Culinary Programs

Organize your next company event with Liaison College. From "Lunch & Learns" to Corporate Team Building, your staff will benefit from the fun, relaxed atmosphere. These programs are a great way to boost employee morale and confidence.

Corporate Team Building Cooking Classes are for large and small. Liaison College's staff are experts when it comes to providing a fun, relaxing and ultimately delicious experience. Unwind, and let our Master Chef Instructors lead your team in a hands-on, interactive session. Class events can be custom-tailored to suit your tastes. Catering Functions

The staff at our various locations are experienced with hosting and catering events. In-house or out, we can create an affordable feast for you and your guests. Whether you are considering a dinner party like our Downtown Toronto campus hosted for the University of Toronto recently or a Business Luncheon as the Hamilton Campus created recently for an Accounting Firm.
