Busy French restaurant requires sous chef⁄assistant to the chef.
If you come with experience that is great. If not, we are willing to train the right person to be a top quality sous chef:
- You must LOVE food;
- you are enormously satisfied with feeding people and are rewarded by the knowledge that you have prepared and presented flawless food that has our guests raving for months to come;
- you have a strong work ethic i.e. you cannot even remember when you last took time off work;
- you understand being a chef means you work EVERY Thursday, Friday and Saturday night as well as valentines day, mothers day, fathers day, Christmas eve, new years eve, etc.

- A brief letter telling us about yourself (Do not worry about grammar, spelling or sentence structure, just write from the heart, and handwritten is ok as long as I can read it): who are you, what motivates you, why do you want to be a chef, why this opportunity is important to you, why we should hire you.
We have a small 66 seat cafe and serve primarily Lunches and coffee breaks.

Pay: depends on experience
Hours:3:00 pm - 10 or 11 pm (close) Wed to Sat plus occasional extra when we have events
