Award-winning chef, Chef Sebastian Cugno, brings years of extensive culinary experiences and worldwide industry know-how to the cooking classes at North Peel Secondary School in the Brampton, Ontario area.

Recently he received his license to teach in a Public Funded Ontario High School, and thus received necessary credits at the prestigious Teachers College of University of Toronto – OISE/UT division.

Chef Sebastian also taught at the largest culinary college in Ontario, Liaison College at the Oakville Campus. Trained and assisted many students to enroll in their culinary directions. Included in his exceptional training background are the following: Certified Chef de Cuisine designation – Canada’s highest professional culinary achievement

Chef Sebastian has spent 28 years honing his epicurean skills and techniques. On his culinary journey, Chef Sebastian’s path has crossed exciting junctions such as serving the Pope during His visit to Toronto in 2002; planning and serving US President Ronald Reagan.

Well-versed in fine dining, banquets and corporate events, front of the house and food services, Chef Sebastian is a well-rounded trainer and respected industry leader. He set many standards for corporations for the menu’s, operations, purchasing, hiring, training and deliver the standards and goals set out.
